Skiboo Community Living provides supportive housing for adults who may benefit from a safe, stable, and supportive living environment.

Basic Eligibility

• Adults 18 years of age or older

• Seeking supportive housing

• Able to participate in an intake assessment

• Meet program eligibility requirements

• Housing is subject to availability

Required Documents

• Photo ID

• Insurance info (if applicable)

• Referral or assessment (if applicable)

• Any additional documents requested during the intake process

Referral Sources

We welcome referrals from:

• Hospitals

• Case Managers

• Community Service Boards (CSBs)

• Social Workers

• Behavioral Health Providers

• Families & Guardians

• Community Organizations
